If you're feeling something right now and that something wants to be heard -

 watch the short video below.

Be seen. Be heard. Be supported.

 It takes radical honesty...

To express your full self.

But what does that even mean, right?

It means being real enough to share how you actually feel.

Not the pretend-version you think others wanna hear.

We all do it, put a smile on and say "I'm fine".

There's no shame in that. But there's also no connection.

Zero. Zip. Nada.

What would it be like to instead let it all out, knowing we won't be judged - but celebrated?

Imagining this is the first step towards being ourselves amongst others.

It sure takes radical honesty and a fat dose of the big C. Courage.

Ugh, scary stuff I know. But you know what? It's all worth it.

Because you are worthy of being f*cking celebrated for who you are.

Through whatever you're experiencing.

Period.

How do we become 'Radically Honest'

Group Release Sessions

adjective

Is this for me?

Being a human can be a messy experience. Especially when it seems like the world around you is falling apart. No matter how strong and resilient you are, we all need connection and we all feel lonely at times. It's essential, in order to turn your breakdowns into breakthroughs, to find places where you can express and feel a sense of belonging.

Our shared framework; these are the pillars that hold up our safe space.

Are there any boundaries?

We have zero tolerance towards racism, sexism, misogyny homophobia, and bigotry.

Are we allowed to talk about race, religion and politics?

If these topics are having an effect on your present and personal experience you can share your experiences. As long as it does not come with a righteous conviction that you are right and others are wrong. Hate speech is strictly forbbiden.

Are the Group Release Sessions confidential?

Members agree to all terms and conditions ensuring the session environment is kept safe. No private or public record is kept of the session. We do all that we can to protect our members. The safe space for some members is the only place they feel open enough to express themselves in full vulnerability. We do everything we can to maintain that environment.

Can I try a Group Release Session for free?

Yes, we have a 30-day free trial which gives you 4 Group Release Sessions for free. After this period you will be charged £30 a month.

How long are these Group Release Sessions?

The sessions are 1 hour long.

How many people are typically in the group session?

We run several group sessions a week. You will be assigned to a specific group. A typical group is between 4 to 10 people, not including the facilitator.

How will the session be run?

At the start of every session, the facilitator sets ground rules, expectations, and the session plan so everyone is clear, comfortable, and feels safe.

Do I have to speak or contribute in any way?

Nothing is expected of you, you don't have to 'perform'. If you want to listen only because you don't feel like sharing, this is totally fine. Simply do what feels right to you in the moment. Everybody adds value to the group just being who they are. Whether silent or expressive. There is no shame in not sharing.

Are you a charity or non-profit?

We are not a charity or non-profit. We are a commercial buisness and a grassroots movement with a social and ethical mission to bring people together.

Can you heal my trauma and solve my emotional problems?

PTBY facilitators are not trained psychologists, psychotherapists or professional therapists of any kind. Facilitators are trained from life experiences and alternative modalities and only create and hold safe spaces together for others to share and release their thoughts, emotions and feelings.
